Most shop software was built for one counter. The moment you open a second shop, you either run two separate accounts and add the numbers up by hand, or you share one stock list and watch the counts go wrong — a packet sold in one shop disappears from the other.
Bazaar IQ treats every shop as its own place. Each shop has its own stock count for every product, its own bills and its own cash. Your catalogue is shared, so you set a product up once; the stock, the sales and the staff stay with the shop they belong to.
Moving stock between shops
When one shop runs short and the other has plenty, record a stock transfer. The goods leave one shop’s count and land in the other’s, under a transfer number that shows up in both shops’ records — so nobody has to ask “did that carton arrive?”. A stock-transfer report lists every line moved, by date and by shop.
Staff see their shop, owners see everything
A staff login belongs to one shop. They bill, take payments and arrange stock there, and they cannot open or switch into another shop’s records — the restriction is enforced by the server, not just hidden in the menu. Owners and managers see every shop and switch between them in one tap.
Each bill is printed with the name of the shop it was made in, so a customer of your second shop never receives a receipt headed with the first.
One view of the whole business
Reports run for a single shop or for all of them together. All-shops totals are calculated across every shop’s bills — not just the busiest one — so the number on your screen is the number in your drawers.
What it costs
Every additional shop is billed at the same per-shop rate as your first. See pricing for the current monthly and yearly figures.
