When everyone at the counter uses the same login, nobody is accountable for anything. A bill gets cancelled, a customer disappears from the khata, a cash entry changes — and there is no way to know who did it.
Bazaar IQ gives every person their own login and records who did what.
Choose what each person can open
There are three roles. Owners and managers have the full app. Staff get the counter screens, and you decide, person by person, which of them they can use:
- Billing and Today’s Sales
- Khata (udhaar)
- Cash register
- Arrange stock
- Repair jobs
- Dashboard and support
Turn a screen off and that person no longer sees it in the menu, and the server refuses the request even if they try the address directly. Purchases, inventory changes, reports and settings are never available to staff at all.
A new staff login starts with full counter access, so adding a worker never locks them out on their first day — you narrow it down when you are ready.
Know when something is undone
When a staff member or manager voids a bill or deletes a product, category, customer, expense or cash entry, the owner gets an alert in the app’s bell. Your own deletions stay quiet — the alert exists to tell you about things you did not do yourself.
See who is working
The owner’s team panel shows which logins are active and what they did recently, and every bill records the staff member who made it.
